In the song The Greatest Command:
The Altos sing,
Love one another, for love is of God,
He who loves is born of God, And knows God
He who does not love, does not know God
For God is love, God is Love
The Basses provide support singing,
Love bears all things, believes all things,
Love hopes all things, endures all things
The Tenors lift up love singing,
God is love, God is love, God is love
God is love, God is love, God is love
God is love, God is love, God is love
O my, God is love, God is love, God is love!
Then the Sopranos add an air singing,
Love the Lord, your God with all your heart
With all your soul, all your mind, all your strength
Love the Lord your God with all your heart
For God is love, God is love, God is love!
I really like the way these words and the music of each voice overlap. The song is very uplifting.
As I reflected on these words, I wondered how we can demonstrate this love. Here are a few suggestions.
1. No matter how I feel, I will be courteous.
2. I will not interrupt others when they speak.
3. I will value the other person.
4. I will share their work load.
5. I will spend time with people.
6. I will work as hard if not harder for others than I do for my career.
7. I will accept the differences in people and celebrate them.
8. I will daily, and in concrete ways, express love to those around me.
What will you do?

Where do you find these videos? Enjoyed the post!
I happened upon this one. You can click look for his videos here: http://www.youtube.com/user/HillRobertson
I really did enjoy the video. I started singing . LOL
Is that why Ronny wanted to run copies at the building?
I left my comment on the wrong post. I’m sorry. It should have been on this post. I love the song–not the story of the cancer diagnosis.
I saw that comment and made a reply. Thanks again for reading.

He sings all four parts, I can’t sing either part, I know about the one talent man, but how about us no talent men.
